Ratatan save data

The Steam store lists Steam Cloud. The official Full Release FAQ, updated 13 October 2026 confirms that Early Access saves continue in the full release, but saves cannot be shared between platforms. The Nintendo listing includes Save Data Cloud with Nintendo Switch Online. Cloud sync is not a guarantee that a previous save revision can be recovered.

A Windows save-folder path has not been verified from the official sources linked here. If a save disappears or fails to load, do not delete or overwrite it. Record your platform, game version, what happened, and any error message; then contact Game Source Entertainment support or use the official feedback form. The FAQ recommends Ratatan Dock and Support Desk for permanent adventure upgrades, not lost-file recovery.

The 16 October 2026 announcement corrects the FAQ’s broad achievement carryover promise. Some achievements fail to unlock despite meeting their requirements in Early Access. Eight had no Early Access progress tracking and must be earned again: Front Line Fashion, Indestructable, Ratatan Legend, My First cobun, Karuta Collector, Rhythm Paradise, Ratatan Master, and The Goddess Knows. A fix for the other unlock issues is planned, not yet announced as shipped.

That announcement also confirms the Bonboya Gate melody-display bug that can block Episode 3 without implying lost save data. The v1.1.9 notes separately list Ratakaruta counts not restoring correctly from suspend saves. The v1.1.11 hotfix only addresses purchased DLC not applying; it does not claim to fix these save or progression issues.

Early Access-to-full-release transfer is documented; transfer from the June 2025 demo is not. No current demo download button was verified on Steam on 16 October 2026. See the demo status page before looking for a historical build. Suspend save pauses an adventure; it is not an exported backup file.
